The Discrimination Model of supervision is a flexible approach that focuses on three key areas: intervention, conceptualization, and personalization. It aims to enhance your clinical skills, improve your case conceptualization, and develop your professional identity by tailoring supervision to your unique needs. With this model, my role as your supervisor can shift between teacher, counselor and consultant.

According to the Texas Board, we are required to meet weekly. If there is a week you're not able to attend, we are required to schedule make up sessions.
